Madeline evaluates potential investments and supports charter school networks that are part of the CSGF National Fund. Prior to joining CSGF, she worked for Match Education as the Director of Operations for its public school district consulting partnerships. She also interned as an Education Pioneers Fellow for the Surge Institute, an organization committed to bringing more diverse leadership into public education. In both roles, Madeline focused on building systems and strategies to allow the organization to grow rapidly and have a deep impact. She also served as an AmeriCorps Fellow tutoring students at Match Charter Public High School, which greatly informed her decision to dedicate her career to K-12 education. Madeline has a BA in anthropology and environmental studies from Williams College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
