My supports the overall scale investment process in the Southeast region, CO, and TN to help grow the impact of our portfolio members. Prior to CSGF, My was a program & grants manager at Youthprise, a philanthropy supporting youth-focused organizations in Minnesota. Before that, she was a strategy fellow at Chicago Beyond, a youth equity platform working to improve the lives of Chicago’s youths. She was also a grant writer for the student-run non-profit Homeworks Trenton, an organization looking to provide an afterschool boarding model for underserved middle and high school girls in the Trenton community. She graduated from Princeton University, where she earned a BA in politics.
