Reid helps CSGF portfolio members solve challenges related to financing the development and expansion of their school facilities and strengthening their financial strategies. Before joining CSGF in 2018, Reid was chief operating officer of Ednovate, a network of personalized learning public charter schools in Los Angeles. He helped lead the organization’s growth from one to five high schools and was responsible for operations, finance, facilities, technology, and HR. Prior to Ednovate, Reid was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where he supported Fortune 500 companies with their strategic and operational challenges. Reid began his career as an investment banking analyst for Rothschild and spent two years as a middle school math teacher in Los Angeles with Teach For America. He earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in economics from Williams College, and he is a graduate of the Broad Residency Program.
