Reginald Hutchins supports the investment process for CSGF scale investments across Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, and Tennessee, with a focus on expanding access to high-quality school options for students and communities historically underserved by our education system. Before joining CSGF, Reginald spent over five years at TNTP, most recently as a Director of Consulting, leading partnerships with school systems and education organizations focused on instructional improvement, strategy, and sustainable implementation. Previously, he served as a Site Director with Saga Education, where he led high-dosage math tutoring programs, after beginning his career as a secondary math teacher. Reginald also brings experience in charter school governance as a founding board member of Excelsior Village Academies, supporting the organization from charter approval through school launch and growth. Across his career, he has focused on building stronger educational organizations and expanding equitable opportunities for students. Reginald holds a BA in Sociology from Morehouse College, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University, and an MEd in Education Policy from American University.
