In her role as an investment manager on the Seed team, Aimee helps to identify and support school leaders in the early stages of creating, expanding, or replicating high-performing schools. She also leads the Seed team’s internal operating and data systems. Prior to joining CSGF, Aimee managed business development and operational data for a group purchasing organization that serves public charter schools across the nation. She was also an Education Pioneer Fellow with DSST Public Schools’ finance department and oversaw school finances and operations at an Expeditionary Learning high school in Colorado. She currently serves on the board for SustainEd Farms, a Denver nonprofit promoting food justice and equity through sustainability education for students. Aimee graduated from Seattle University with a BA in business economics and a minor in finance.
