Community,
Learning, & Insights

Alongside portfolio members, CSGF amplifies proven practices and matches research to practical application so charter leaders can effectively drive performance and navigate critical moments as they grow. Each school year, we engage with over 1,500 leaders across the country to build community, engage in shared learning, and explore timely and actionable insights.

Community

We bring together charter network leaders across 20 active communities of practice to connect and collaborate. We intentionally create ongoing opportunities where leaders can exchange ideas and solve problems together.

Learning

Each school year, more than 1,500 charter leaders attend in-person convenings, focused on current opportunities and challenges, from academic improvement to talent systems, enrollment strategies to CEO leadership.

Insights

We listen closely to our portfolio and the broader sector to develop timely and actionable tools and research that help charter leaders navigate current challenges and look ahead to new opportunities.

Functional Area Supports

CSGF provides strategic support across a charter network’s key functional areas. CSGF’s functional “leads,” primarily former charter network operators, help connect CEOs and their leadership teams with communities of practice, insights and actionable tools, and opportunities to learn alongside their peers from across the CSGF portfolio.
