Natalia integrates systems, data, and collaboration across teams to strengthen shared learning and deliver actionable insights for the CSGF portfolio. Previously, she was a Program Manager at the Child Mind Institute, where she led a team of coordinators and partnered with school leaders to implement school-based mental health programs. She also managed intake operations in a clinical practice, helping families access care, and held legal and nonprofit roles that built her skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and cross-team coordination. Passionate about advancing educational equity, Natalia focuses on developing systems and tools that streamline processes, spark collaboration, and drive measurable outcomes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
