Adara supports CSGF’s investment process for Texas, Arizona, Idaho, and Utah portfolio members seeking to grow their impact on students and families. Before joining CSGF, Adara was on the national Strategy & Scalability team at Rocketship Public Schools, where she supported organization-wide strategic and capacity-building initiatives. Adara began her career in education as a Teach For America corps member at YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, Texas. She taught middle and high school English for six years. Her experiences at YES Prep and Rocketship gave her a deep belief in the power of high-quality public charter schools to help students build for themselves the lives they’ve dreamed of, and she’s honored to partner with CSGF portfolio members in this work. Adara holds a BA in sociology from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
