Adara connects CSGF’s Portfolio and Investor Relations teams, leading cross-functional projects to support high-impact investments. Before joining CSGF, Adara was on the national Strategy & Scalability team at Rocketship Public Schools, where she supported organization-wide strategic and capacity-building initiatives. Adara began her career in education as a Teach For America corps member at YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, Texas; she taught middle and high school English for six years. Adara holds a BA in sociology from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
