Alicia oversees CSGF’s contract management, administering over $100M+ annually in grants, loans, and contracts that support the growth of public charter networks. She leads grants and contract processes, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and streamlined workflows for CSGF staff and recipients. She has public and private sector contracting experience in the areas of contract administration, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance. Prior to joining CSGF, Alicia served as contract administrator with the University of Colorado, supporting the contracting and procurement activities for all four campuses. She also previously served as management analyst and contract compliance coordinator for the City of Denver, Office of Economic Development where she recruited and evaluated small and disadvantaged businesses as part of the City of Denver’s vendor diversity contracting program. Alicia is a Denver native and graduate of Florida A&M University with a BS in business administration.
