Anilu is a partner and chief operating officer at TPG and is a member of TPG Inc.’s board of directors. She previously served as chief human resources officer of the firm. She currently serves as a director on the board of Greenhouse Software, Upwork, Inc., and several nonprofit companies. Prior to joining TPG in 2018, Anilu worked at Goldman Sachs where she was most recently the firm’s global head of talent and chief diversity officer. She received an AB from Princeton University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
