Aubrey leads the Impact Team’s portfolio-facing insights strategy and platform to spotlight and share proven practices and actionable data that help charter schools accelerate high-quality growth and performance, in addition to continuing to lead on cross-team initiatives to scale shared systems that help CSGF deliver impact to our growing portfolio. Prior to joining CSGF, Aubrey spent the last 15 years in Memphis supporting students and families as an elementary school teacher and assistant principal and training teachers as a managing director at Teach For America and dean at Relay Graduate School of Education. Most recently, Aubrey served as the founding director of academic operations for the compendium of laboratory schools at the University of Memphis, helping to launch its first high school. Aubrey holds a master’s degree in teaching from Christian Brothers University and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Rhodes College.
