Aubrey leads new cross-team efforts to systematize and scale how we engage, support, and share knowledge across the CSGF portfolio and across each of the Impact Team’s practice areas. Prior to joining CSGF, Aubrey spent the last 15 years in Memphis supporting students and families as an elementary school teacher and assistant principal and training teachers as a managing director at Teach For America and dean at Relay Graduate School of Education. Most recently, Aubrey served as the founding director of academic operations for the compendium of laboratory schools at the University of Memphis, helping to launch its first high school. Aubrey holds a master’s degree in teaching from Christian Brothers University and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Rhodes College.
