Aungar helps coordinate and lead cross-cutting initiatives that span multiple regions and cover a variety of topics. Prior to CSGF, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company. Aungar began his career as a writing teacher at Blackstone Valley Prep in Rhode Island, and he later retuned as a high school dean of students to support his former students graduate. He also led curriculum design and academic strategy at Bridge International Academies, focusing on Kenya and Liberia. Aungar is a graduate of Rutgers University and has an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
