As the leader of the Analytics team, Christy ensures that the CSGF team and portfolio have the data and insights needed to make decisions in service of improving equitable educational opportunities and outcomes for all students across the country. Prior to joining CSGF, Christy led the Data and Analytics team at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, where she established the systems and procedures to transform student data into actionable insights that are accessible to regional and school leaders, teachers, and families. She also previously worked on the Research and Evaluation team at The Broad Foundation, where she managed the annual grantee data collection and evaluation report and assisted with The Broad Prize. Christy holds an MSW and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
