Cindy collects data and builds visualizations to help uncover facts and identify trends. She is committed to using data strategically to ensure equitable outcomes for all students. Prior to joining CSGF, Cindy oversaw attendance metrics at Chicago Public Schools and supported initiatives at the Barr Foundation focused on creating new public schools in New England. She was a Henry Luce Scholar in Taiwan and Fulbright recipient in Kosovo. She holds a master’s degree in urban education policy and a bachelor’s degree in education studies and sociology from Brown University.
