Dan leads CSGF’s data infrastructure strategy and implementation so that stakeholders have access to timely and critical data and the insights necessary to inform their initiatives. His work encompasses building data pipelines to create the data sources and models that power our analytics tools, managing our data warehouse platform, and providing software engineering support as we expand our analytics product offerings needed to support our portfolio and key stakeholders. Dan has over 15 years of experience in education and previously served as the director of data at KIPP Northern California where he rebuilt the entire data infrastructure and launched a custom-built data portal web app for centralizing analytics for users. He was also a teacher for six years and leverages those skills to help build his teammates technical capacity as well as foster a culture of data literacy.
