Destiny creates engaging visualizations to uncover important insights, identify trends, and empower internal and external stakeholders to engage with data that will help inform decision making. Prior to joining CSGF, Destiny was an Education Pioneers Impact Fellow, evaluating student assessment data for Capital City Public Charter School in Washington D.C. Previously, she was a research and evaluation analyst at The Children’s Trust, a funding organization dedicated to expanding high quality children and family programs in Miami, FL, where she managed the evaluation of after school and summer camp programs. Destiny has also served as a 6th grade math instructor in Houston, TX. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Miami and a BA in sociology from the College of William and Mary
