In her role as a vice president on the Seed team, Donique works to identify and support school leaders in the early stages of creating, expanding, or replicating high-performing public charter schools. Donique comes to CSGF from Waterford where she was a senior vice president of outreach and oversaw the partnerships, recruitment, enrollment, and marketing functions in the organization. Prior to Waterford, Donique served in various roles that directly impacted schools worldwide. She oversaw leadership development programs such as Rural School Leader Fellowship and Schools To Learn From in her role as director, school and systems leadership at Teach For America. More recently, Donique served as managing director at Instruction Partners where she led the professional development work of the organization for teachers and school and system leaders. Donique started her career as a Teach For America corps member in Memphis and later transitioned to be a founding principal at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools. Donique has a BA from University of Mississippi in physics and an MA in special education and teaching from the University of Memphis.
