Dylan uses his background in real estate and finance to support CSGF portfolio members in solving their finance, governance, and facility related challenges. Prior to joining CSGF, Dylan was a vice president in the Real Estate Investment Banking practice at JLL, where he specialized in the origination, structuring, and placement of asset-backed securities in the U.S. private placement market. He also provided private capital raising and real estate investment banking services to developers, owners, and occupiers of commercial real estate across all asset classes, completing more than $7.5 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Dylan began his career as a development associate at Fairmount Properties. Dylan earned his master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University and bachelor’s degree in business with specializations in real estate and management from Brandeis University.
