Edwine supports the president and CSGF’s portfolio investment team in executing their operational goals and objectives. Before joining CSGF, he was a director and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the School District of Palm Beach County.
Edwine previously served as director of global services at The Regis Company and has held various leadership roles, including senior manager for Sanofi S.A., a Management Consultant for Fidelity Investments, leadership associate at United Technologies, and project manager for Textron Inc. and Janos Technology. He is a passionate leader with experience leading strategic change, developing organizational talent, and driving innovation & operational excellence.
Edwine earned an MBA from Boston University and an MS from the University of Rochester School of Engineering & Applied Sciences. He is also a graduate of the Broad Residency Program where he completed his MEd in Educational Leadership.
