Elena Thurman

Elena supports new ideas from and for the CSGF portfolio. Prior to joining CSGF, Elena served as a director of operations at Brooke Charter Schools. In that role, she co-led a K-7th grade public charter school and was responsible for all non-instructional elements of the school. Elena started her career in public education as a middle school teacher in Boston Public Schools through Citizen Schools and Teach For America. Elena earned her BA and EdM from Boston University and her MBA from Babson College.
