As Director, Applied Analytics, Emile helps build CSGF’s capacity to proactively answer the business and investment questions facing the CSGF team and portfolio, so that decisions are grounded in timely data and insight. Prior to joining CSGF, Emile was a Senior Consultant in Bellwether’s strategic advising practice, where he advised school leaders and boards on growth and merger decisions, including leading due diligence processes, market analyses, and financial forecasting. Before that, he was a data and operations leader at Achievement First, where as Director of Student Information he set grading, state assessment, matriculation, and attendance policies for schools serving roughly 14,000 students across 40 schools in New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Emile began his career as a teacher in New York City. He holds a BS from Cornell University, a Master’s in Education Policy from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Adolescent Education from Pace University.
