DeLano leads CSGF scale investments in charter school networks in the Southeast region, and he previously oversaw the finance and operations practice on CSGF’s Impact Team. Prior to joining CSGF, DeLano was executive director of Teach For America Metro Atlanta, deputy superintendent of operations and services for The Louisiana Recovery School District, and chief operating officer of KIPP New Orleans Schools. He spent his early career as a management consultant helping Fortune 100 businesses improve the way they do business through implementation, strategy, and change management consulting. DeLano holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Business Administration-Finance from Morehouse College.
