Kyesha Robertson serves as Director of Structured Finance at the Charter School Growth Fund, where she evaluates and underwrites grants and loans to support operators in achieving sustainable growth and expanding access to high-quality education. Prior to joining CSGF, Kyesha was a private equity investor partnering with family and founder-owned businesses across the middle market landscape – leading deal sourcing, financial due diligence, M&A transaction execution and post-close monitoring across platform and add-on acquisitions, totaling over $240 million at Atlantic Street Capital and Tailwind Capital Partners. Throughout her investing experience, Kyesha supported underwriting support and worked directly alongside CFOs and executive teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting – building operational and financial insights for growing organizations. A proud Double Hoo, Kyesha graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce (B.Sc. Accounting & Finance) and her MBA from the Darden School of Business.
