Kyle James supports CSGF’s investment process for charter networks seeking to grow their impact on students and families in Texas, Arizona, Idaho, and Utah. Before joining CSGF, Kyle spent two years as an assistant principal at CATEC, a regional technical education center in Charlottesville, VA, where he led a team focused on preparing high school students for life and work across nine different trade programs. Prior to that, he taught high school math for five years entering the classroom as a Teach for America corps member in Marion, Alabama. His career began at PwC, where he spent five years as a management consultant focused on clients navigating mergers and acquisitions. Kyle holds BBA degrees in finance and economics from the University of Georgia and an M.Ed. in educational supervision and administration from the University of Virginia.
