Lena is the evaluation and insights analyst for the Analytics team at CSGF. She supports the development, implementation, and continual refinement of CSGF’s approach to school evaluation and provides insights derived from portfolio-wide data to improve organizational and portfolio performance and strategy. Lena initially joined the team as an Education Pioneers Impact fellow. Before joining CSGF, Lena worked as a fellow at DataSpark RI, where she developed her skills in data analysis and visualization. Prior to that, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Inspiring Minds, a non-profit in Providence, RI, where she connected volunteers with students in elementary schools for tutoring and mentoring. Lena completed her master’s in urban education policy at Brown University and her bachelor’s in political science at the University of Rhode Island.
