As Operator in Residence, Nath helps charter leaders solve challenges related to finance, real estate, and organizational risk. Prior to CSGF, he was the chief financial & operating officer at ACE Charter Schools, an East San Jose-based network of charter schools focused on disengaged students from the traditional public school system. In this role, Nath was responsible for finance & accounting, facilities, operations, and technology. Prior to ACE, he led the Financial Planning & Analysis team at the KIPP Foundation. Before his time with KIPP, Nath spent many years with Fortune 100 companies such as GE and Textron in a variety of roles spanning transactions execution, organic growth strategy, and traditional financial management. Nath has an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a non-practicing Chartered Accountant (CPA-equivalent) and earned his Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) in India.
