Dr. Patrick H. Jones II is the Managing Director of CEO Leadership Practice at the Charter School Growth Fund, where he supports charter school CEOs through the CEO Leadership Practice’s tools and convenings. He began his career in Los Angeles, working in Compton Unified and at a private school before spending a decade at Tindley Accelerated Schools, a National Blue Ribbon network in Indianapolis. At Tindley, he served as a teacher, principal, and director of secondary schools, overseeing leadership development, school culture, and curriculum across six campuses. In 2018, he joined The Mind Trust, leading school incubation efforts and later driving talent strategy, equity initiatives, and school growth. Dr. Jones holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Fisk University, an M.A. in Curriculum from CSU Dominguez Hills, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Marian University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Camike’, the editor-in-chief of the city’s oldest Black newspaper, and their two children.
