As operator in residence, Peter’s work spans the Investment, Impact, and Structured Finance teams, with a focus on supporting charter networks. Before joining CSGF, he was the senior finance director at Uncommon Schools, a network of high-achieving public charter schools across NY, NJ, and MA. In his role, he was responsible for developing a best-in-class finance team, financial planning and analysis, and real estate financial strategy. Prior to his role at Uncommon Schools, Peter had varying financial roles in financial services and healthcare. He earned his BSc in bioengineering from the University of Guelph (in Canada), his MSc in biomedical engineering from University College London (in England), and his MBA from IESE (in Spain).
