Rosie conducts research to build an evidence base that will support portfolio members as they shape the post-secondary experiences of their students. For over a decade, she worked as a research and program evaluation professional, helping organizations such as the World Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development, United Nations, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and several others to evaluate the effectiveness of their programs and to make data-driven decisions. Rosie also has experience working in the private sector as a user experience researcher where she helped companies like EBSCO and HubSpot create products that people love. She is passionate about using qualitative and quantitative research to help organizations uncover deep insights that will enable them to achieve their objectives. Rosie earned a BA in economics and French from Wellesley College, an MA in public policy from Harvard University, and a PhD in education from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
