Stephan leads CSGF’s investment management and strategies to support our West Coast portfolio members. Prior to joining us, he spent seven years in financial services, working for an investment firm as a fixed-income trader where he leveraged financial, political, and regulatory data to shape investment strategies. Stephan also has experience as a strategy consultant with engagements ranging from working with the Consulate General of Canada on economic development strategy to assisting global investment banks on M&A growth strategy. Stephan received his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
